Ludhiana cuisines are healthy and energetic without any extra decoration or frills. The tandoori cooking of Ludhiana is the most famous one among the locals and all tourists from other countries. There are huge earthenware ovens that are heated by using coal fire. These ovens are buried inside the ground. All types of non-vegetarian dishes are marinated and cooked through this oven.
