Travel To and From the Bhrigu Lake Trek
The Bhrigu Lake trek starts at Gulaba in Manali which is 8 kilometres from Rohtang. The city of Manali is very well connected to other areas of Himachal Pradesh considering its significance in Himachal tourism. The city has road connections with all the other areas. Nevertheless, other mediums of transportation are also present.
- Manali does not have an airport. Bhuntar is the nearest airport located at a distance of 50 kilometres. Private and shared cabs are available at the airport. There are limited flights available because this is a tiny airport located on a hill station. Therefore, for the ones who are on a tight budget, travelling by air might not be a good option. You will have to plan. The Chandigarh airport is better connected to Manali through bus and car hire.
- If you are thinking of getting to Manali by train, then it might not be a great option again as no trains are running to Manali directly. You will have to get down at Chandigarh and take a bus or cab from there.
